WBS is application that is provided by PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo to identify and find violation that conduct in PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo both by internal or external party in order to maintain safe, fair, and controlled working environment.

As support for keeping PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo as safe, fair, and controlled working environment.

PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo commit to protect the whistleblower who dared to report the violations that conduct. Company also will conceal the confidentiality and safety of the report that were submitted. Company provide protection to whistleblower in term of:

• Unfair employment dismissal
• Demotion
• Harassment or discrimination in all its forms
• Disadvantageous notes in personel file record

The individual reported is given the right to the principle of "innocence until proven", so:

• Company will give sanction to whistleblower who is proven give false reports/slanders/allegations that are not in accordance with the purpose of WBS policy.
• Investigation must free from refraction and netral doesn\'t depend on who is the whistleblower and who is the reported.
• The reported is given the right to give explanation and advocacy against allegations which addressed to him/her.

You can report violations like fraud, divulgation, violation of policies/regulations/laws, bribery, unethical conduct, misapproproations of assets, and other violations that conduct in PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo that not included in the above categories.

Your report should fulfill as follows (4W + 1H):
What : Violation that is known
Where : Where it is conducted
When : When it is conducted
Who : Who is involved
How : How the act is conducted (modus, technique, etc).

Many of findings of the whistleblowers initially come up with uncertainty of the facts found, this is commonly happened. But reports a suspected violation is more than enough.

Whistleblower\' confidentiallity will be protected and guaranteed.

Whistleblower can monitor the status of the report through website on "Status" page, by submit Ticket ID that is given when the whistleblower first report.

Ticket ID is number that used as identity to indirect communicate between whistleblower with recepient. Ticket ID is gotten when report is submitted.
Save Ticket ID carefully, don't be scattered and or known by unauthorized parties because monitoring the status of the report only can be done using the Ticket ID.

Data that is already reported can't be changed. But if there is data and or additional evidences, you don't need to create a new report. Fill in the Ticket ID you have, on "Status" page. After you successfully enter to "Detail of Reporting" page, you can add or upload additional evidences (max. 2MB) at the bottom of the page.
