Reporting
reporting suspected violation is more than enough
In order to make a safe, fair, and controlled working environment,
reporting violation that conduct in PT. Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo
by both internal and external parties.
How to Report
Reporting of allegation can be submitted using WBS Website or sending email with or without identity.
  1. Online reporting using website:
    • Click on "WITH IDENTITY" if you don't mind to include your identity.
    • Click on "WITHOUT IDENTITY" if you don't want to include your identity.

  2. Reporting by sending email:
    • Write the detail of allegations, and attach supporting evidences if any.
    • If you don't want to give complete identity, you should give at least email address/phone number so that we can communicate with you, including the delivery of Ticket ID that you can use to monitor reporting status.
    • Send email to: wbs@stbc.co.id with "WBS" as subject.
    • Ticket ID will be send to uour email address.
